Louie Zember started his career in the specialty contracting industry in the early 2000’s. He and his brother, Jeff, started the company in the Southern California targeting the residential market.  As the company grew, he targeted other sectors of the market, growing the business in the industrial, commercial, and military industries.  Louie bought out his brother in 2008, so that his brother could focus on his other company.  Louie currently has a small team that manages the day-to-day operations so that he can focus on his Real Estate Company. 

Louie  is currently a Real Estate Broker serving the Southern California region.  His 10+ years of experience has served his clients well, selling over $100M of residential and commercial real estate for his clients. His primary focus on the residential market has led him to venture into purchasing & selling distressed properties.  To date he has bought & sold over $6M of distressed properties for himself.  He has diversified further in the real estate market by investing in First Trust Deed loans, where he has been seeing great returns. 

In addition to his professional life, Louie supports his wife, Faith, in her ministry, Lily Kelly Ministries, that was created out of tragically losing her 15 yr old daughter to a drunk driver. The ministry serves 100’s of people weekly and is growing through God’s grace and Faith’s obedience to God’s calling on her life.  He also enjoys hunting, fishing, is an avid golfer, and spending time with his wife and son.
