Jeff has a candid, no nonsense approach and a passion for perpetual improvement and growth. He is passionate and "all in" while his strong discernment bolsters his unique ability to put the business first without demoralizing the team in the process.
Louie is currently a Real Estate Broker serving the Southern California region. His 10+ years of experience has served his clients well, selling over $100M of residential and commercial real estate for his clients. His primary focus on the residential market has led him to venture into purchasing & selling distressed properties. To date he has bought & sold over $6M of distressed properties for himself. He has diversified further in the real estate market by investing in First Trust Deed loans, where he has been seeing great returns.
Prior to joining The Zember Group, Adrienne served as the General Operations Manager and Controller for Pli-Dek for 8 years preceding the acquisition in 2018. Following the acquisition in 2018, Adrienne has continued to work with the Private Equity Firm in various positions within the organization assisting with day-to-day operations as well as lead on special projects as needed per the direction of the board. Adrienne continues to service other clients’ organizations and provides operational and financial support/assistance as well as due diligence prep, compilation, and submission for acquisitions through her own firm, ACM Consulting.
